20.2 酸碱指示剂滴定法
20.2.1 酸碱指示剂滴定法仪器设备应符合下列规定:
1 酸式滴定管:25mL,50mL。
2 锥形瓶:150mL,250mL。
20.2.2 酸碱指示剂滴定法试剂及其制备应符合下列规定:
1 无二氧化碳水:应符合本规程第3.0.3条第5款的规定。
2 盐酸标准溶液(0.0250mol/L):应符合本规程第18.2.2条第1款的规定。
3 甲基红-溴甲酚绿混合指示剂(MR-BCG指示剂):应符合本规程第16.2.2条第8款的规定。
4 0.5%酚酞指示剂:应符合本规程第16.2.2条第2款的规定。
20.2.3 酸碱指示剂滴定法应按下列步骤进行:
1 取50.0mL水样置于250mL锥形瓶中,加入4滴酚酞指示剂,摇匀。当溶液呈粉红色时,用盐酸标准溶液滴定至刚刚褪至无色,记录盐酸标准溶液用量。若加酚酞指示剂后溶液无色,则不需用盐酸标准溶液滴定。
2 向滴定酚酞碱度后的试样中加入3滴混合指示剂,摇匀,继续用盐酸标准溶液滴定至试样由淡蓝色变为红色,记录盐酸标准溶液用量。
20.2.4 总碱度、碳酸盐碱度和重碳酸盐碱度的计算应符合下列规定:
对于多数天然水样,碱性化合物在水中所产生的碱度,有五种情形。以酚酞作指示剂时,滴定至颜色变化所消耗盐酸标准溶液的量为P(mL),以MR-BCG作指示剂时所消耗盐酸标准溶液的量为M(mL),盐酸标准溶液总消耗量为T(T=P+M)。水中碱度组成见表20.2.4。
